OCE Employee Training

Once hired, Ohio Cleaning Experts associates undergo rigorous training to make sure their knowledgeable about commercial cleaning best practices. All of our Custodian Services technicians follow standards set by our 20 years of experience, which helps guide office cleaning industry standards. After a new associate begins work, she/he is paired with a senior OCE service person who helps guide training. This training occurs both on and off-site, meaning that new associates learn on-the-job under the supervision of a senior associate. While all of our associates undergo initial training, OCE Services believes that training is an ongoing practice, and we frequently hold continuing professional education to ensure our employees’ skills remain sharp and up to date.

Employee Integrity & Background Checks

When it comes to selecting and maintaining our staff, Ohio Cleaning Experts holds its employees to the highest standards of specialization and responsibility. All OCE applicants undergo a rigorous background check, during which time we scrutinize work history and any criminal background. Ohio Cleaning Experts makes every attempt to screen applicants to ensure that no hire shows a propensity for misconduct on the job. Furthermore, all of our Custodian service providers are licensed, insured, and bonded. That way, in the unlikely event of an accident that causes damage to your property that is the fault of our staff, our insurance will cover expenses related to replacement or repair.

In all the rooms:

The commonality between every room in your building is that it has a floor and walls. Where they meet, dust and dirt collect. You know that threat of having to clean the baseboards? Well, we’ll do it for you with a smile on our faces!

Electrostatic Spray:

Electrostatic spray technology uses an electrical charge to attract the spray solution to surfaces, resulting in more efficient and even coverage. This can lead to several benefits, such as reduced material usage and increased productivity. Additionally, because the electrostatic charge causes the spray solution to wrap around and adhere to surfaces, it can also improve the effectiveness of the application, such as in disinfection and pest control.

In the break room:

Where you prepare your food ought to be the cleanest place in your work place, but for many people we find that’s not the case. Using powerful disinfectants and other germ eliminating practices can help reduce the likelihood of spreading illness.

In your bathrooms:

Restroom Chemical Disinfectants. We enjoy and take pride in sanitizing, your restrooms, and making sure germs are eliminated. We promise to clean your restrooms with a certified CDC approved chemical and our team will do it with detail precision.

Ceiling, vent:

Ceiling vent, crucial for air circulation, but overlooked by most cleaning services. We are cleaning air vents as part of our regular cleaning schedule.

Maintenance Repair:

Maintenance Repair: We can repair it or be your “go to guy” in getting it replaced immediately.
