We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Ohio Cleaning Experts. This position offers a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, managing a team of cleaners, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
– Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff activities
– Training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
– Inspecting work areas to ensure compliance with company standards
– Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures
The ideal candidate must be available to work six days a week 8 hours per day between 10 AM to 10 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed. Additionally, candidates must have their own reliable transportation and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in the cleaning industry is preferred. The Supervisor is expected to oversee janitorial operations across Franklin County and its surrounding areas. While their primary role is supervision, they may frequently participate in physical labor within the janitorial field to support the team and maintain operational effectiveness.
